3 Step To Make Tasty Recipes / Spaghetti With Easy Tomato Sauce
1 kg of spaghetti
100 g of tomato paste
2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
4 small onions
1 clove of garlic
70 g of parmesan cheese
1 pinch of parsley
1 pinch of sweet pepper
1 pinch of thyme
2 bay leaves
2 basil leaves
1 pinch of oregano
Boil the onions in a little salty water in which you put 1 tbsp. olive oil, 2 bay leaves, then pasta, pasta.
Brown in 1 tbsp. olive oil, crushed garlic clove. Season with salt, pepper, sweet pepper, parsley, a little thyme and oregano. Add the juice of the tomato coulis, and a little water, stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
When pasta is cooked, drain carefully, pour into a dish and top with Italian tomato sauce. Sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese, decorate with basil leaves and serve hot.
