Ingredients : Amish Friendship Omelets
1/2 lb. thin spaghetti
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, lightly smashed and peeled
fresh ground black pepper
grated parmesan cheese
Directions : Amish Friendship Omelets
Prepare the pasta by following the instructions on the package. Drain it.
Place a saucepan over medium heat. Heat in it 4 tbsp of oil. Sautéin it the garlic for 1 min.
Drain the garlic and place it aside. Stir the rest of the oil into the pan. Cook in it the eggs to your liking.
Use a fork to break the fried egg into pieces with garlic.
Add the spaghetti with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss them to coat.
Serve your spaghetti hot right away.
