List of Ingredients : Baked Chocolate Donuts
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. yeast
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
• 1 pinch salt
• ½ cup milk, warm
• ¼ cup caster sugar
• 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 cup raw chocolate, melted
Instructions : Baked Chocolate Donuts
Preheat oven to 355°F.
Add yeast into milk and leave for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, add eggs and beat until smooth, add butter, sugar, yeast mixture, flour and cocoa powder, knead a soft dough with clean hands.
Roll out dough on a clean surface; it must be 1.5 inches thick.
Cut with a dough cutter.
Place into greased baking dish and brush with egg yolk.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Now leave to cool and then dip into melted chocolate.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if you like.
