Ingredients:

two cups quaint meal

one tsp leaven

two tsp refined sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ cup nonsweet coconut flakes

two cups low fat milk

two egg whites

one tsp seasoner

one cup blueberries

one cup raspberries

Instructions:

heat kitchen appliance to 350°F.

mix oats, leaven, refined sugar, cinnamon and coconut flakes in a very lubricated Dutch kitchen appliance.

Add milk, egg whites and vanilla and stir well.

Add fruits and mix gently thus as to not hack fruit.

Cook for 30-35 minutes till set and golden brown.
