Caprese Salad with Pesto Sauce
First, cut 2 tomatoes in thick rounds and dress them with a little bit of olive oil, add some salt and pepper.
Second, cut mozzarella into pieces. Then, arrange the tomato slices along with the mozzarella chunks on a serving platter and garnish it with tulsi and pesto sauce.
For Pesto Sauce:
First, combined the basil with pine nuts, Parmesan cheese with olive oil, until it forms a paste and squeeze in the lemon juice.
Second, you can add more olive oil if the paste is too thick.
