List of Ingredients:

1 cup milk
• 2 cups raw chocolate
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 1 cup whipped cream, whipped to form stiff peaks
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup cornstarch

Instructions: Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding

Melt the chocolate with vanilla extract and leave to cool.
Boil milk in a saucepan, add sugar, peanut butter, cornstarch and whisk continuously.
Pour in chocolate mixture and stir.
Transfer into serving bowls and place into the freezer for 20 minutes.
Top with whipped cream while serving.
