INGREDIENTS : Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta Recipe

400g penne
1 tsp olive oil
1 c. frozen peas
1 pkg smoked salmon fillet
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp lemon thyme leaves
125mL milk
Grated lemon

PREPARATION : Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta Recipe

Cook pasta, it will take 6-10 minutes. Then make the salmon. When you have liberated the salmon, tease the filet separated with a fork and twofold check for any bones. In a fry pan, warm the oil and cook peas for 2 minutes. Blend in the salmon, herbs, dissipated drain or cream and lemon get-up-and-go.
Warm the sauce on low warmth. When pasta is al dente, drain and return to pot, add sauce, stir until well combined and serve immediately. Add some more evaporated milk or cream if it is a bit dry, allowing the pasta to soak up some sauce.
