Ingredients : Easy Veggie Baked

4 (4 oz.) fillets tilapia
2 tsps butter
1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning TM, or to taste
1/2 tsp garlic salt, or to taste
1 lemon, sliced
1 (16 oz.) package frozen cauliflower with broccoli and red
pepper

Directions : Easy Veggie Baked

Coat a casserole dish with nonstick spray and then set your
oven to 375 degrees before doing anything else.
Layer your pieces of fish in the casserole dish and top them
with the garlic salt, pepper, regular salt, and old bay
seasoning before adding some butter to each.
Pour your veggies around the fish and place a covering of
foil around the dish.
Cook everything in the oven for 27 mins.
