INGREDIENTS : Italian Tiramisu Recipes
6 egg yolks
¾ c. sugar
1 ¼ c. heavy cream
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 lb. mascarpone cheese
¼ c. strong brewed coffee
2 tbsp. rum
2 pkg. ladyfinger cookies
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder.

First, combine egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan until blended. Stir in milk and cook over medium heat until mixture boils for 1 min. then transfer it from heat and let it sit to cool. Cover tightly and chill in fridge for 1 hr.
Second, pulse cream with vanilla in a bowl until smoothed. Then, mix
mascarpone into yolk mixture until soft.
Third, mix coffee and rum in another a bowl, Split ladyfingers in half
lengthwise and drizzle with coffee mixture.
Fourth, organize 50% of absorbed ladyfingers base of a dish. Spread a large portion of mascarpone blend over ladyfingers, then 50% of whipped cream over that. Rehash layers and sprinkle with cocoa. Cover and cool it in a fridge for 5 hr.
