Ingredients : The Best Zucchini with Cream

1 fresh zucchini, sliced
2 cups of cream
2 onions, chopped
8 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 tablespoons white flour
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 tablespoons Olive oil
salt and pepper

How to Cook : The Best Zucchini with Cream

Sprinkle the onions with the salt and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil and fry the zucchini for 10 minutes. Then add in the
onions and fry for 10 minutes more until clear.
Mix in the garlic and chili pepper and fry for 5 minutes on a low
heat.
Add in the white flour, tomatoes, and mayonnaise and stir well.
Pour in the cream and stew the vegetables over medium heat for
10 minutes; don’t forget to stir all the time.
Add in the salt, and pepper and close the lid and leave for 5
minutes, so that the sauce absorbs the flour.
Put the zucchini into a bowl and spoon the sauce on top.
