4 salmon fillets (dried)
Salt and pepper to taste.
2 tablespoons Olive Oil Soup
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1/3 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1 lemon peel
3 c. Butter soup without salt, chopped.
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh dill
Place the Dutch oven over medium heat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon fillets and add 1 tbsp. Soup of oil in the pan.
Add the salmon meat and cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn the salmon over and cook another 3 minutes on the side of the skin. Transfer to a plate.
Clean the Dutch oven and add the rest of the tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour the white wine and the lemon juice. Stir for one minute.
Add the lemon peel and continue stirring until the mixture is slightly reduced.
Reduce the heat and add the butter in cubes, stirring after each addition.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and mix.
Season with salt and pepper and pour the sauce over the salmon fillets.
