INGREDIENTS : The Superb Italian Meatloaf

2 teaspoon canola oil
½ finely diced onion
2 finely diced bell peppers
3 finely chopped button mushrooms
3 chopped cloves garlic
1lb. lean ground beef
¾ c. of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ c. of Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
3 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
salt and fresh pepper, to taste
1 c. of marinara sauce

PREPARATION : The Superb Italian Meatloaf

First, preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Grease a pan with cooking spray.
Second, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Then, add the onion, peppers, and mushrooms. Cook it for 5 min. until tender, then, add the garlic and cook it at low heat for 1 min. transfer it from the heat and let sit to cool.
Third, mix the ground beef with the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, basil, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, and balsamic vinegar with the onion mixture and season it with salt and fresh pepper. Then, combine it well until mixed.
Fourth, pack the mixture into the loaf pan. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the loaf. Put it into the oven and bake for 1 hr. until a meat is tendered. Then, transfer it from the oven and let it rest for 10 min. before serving.
