There is just something about this lasagna that you are going to find
irresistible. It is made with layers of melted cheese and a sauce that
everybody will fall in love with.

Ingredient List : White Cheese and Chicken Lasagna

9 lasagna noodles, whole
½ cups of butter
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
½ cups of flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of chicken broth
1 ½ cup of milk, whole
4 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
1 cup of parmesan cheese, grated, divided + ¼ cup for topping
1 teaspoon of basil, dried
1 teaspoon of oregano, dried
½ teaspoon of black pepper
2 cups of ricotta cheese
2 cups of chicken, fully cooked and cut into cubes
10 oz. pack of spinach, frozen, thawed, and chopped
1 tablespoon of parsley, fresh and chopped

Instructions : White Cheese and Chicken Lasagna

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Fill a large pot with salted water and bring the water to a boil.
Once boiling add the lasagna noodles and cook for 8 to 10
minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, over the medium heat, add the butter and,
once melted, add the onion and garlic. Stir well to mix and
cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until soft.
Add the all-purpose flour and a dash of salt, whisking until
smooth and bubbly.
Add the chicken broth and whole milk. Stir to mix and cook for
1 minute.
Add 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and ½ of the
parmesan cheese. Season the mixture with basil, oregano, and a
dash of black pepper and mix well. Remove from the heat and
set aside.
Spread 1/3 of the sauce in the bottom of large baking dish.
Layer 1/3 of the noodles over the sauce. Top with the ricotta
cheese and cooked chicken. Add another 1/3 of the noodles.
Pour ¼ of the sauce, spinach, and the remaining mozzarella
cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
Add the remaining noodles on top of the cheese mixture and
spoon the remaining sauce over the top.
Top with the parsley and the ¼ of parmesan cheese.
Place in the oven to bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove and
allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
