Ingredients : Zucchini with Chicken and Raisins

1 zucchini, peeled and sliced
1 cup of raisins
3 carrots, peeled and spiralized
10 oz chicken meat, cubed
5 oz bacon, cubed
3 big onions, chopped
4 tablespoons white flour
8 tablespoons sunflower oil
basil, dried
salt and pepper

How to Cook : Zucchini with Chicken and Raisins

Wash and soak the raisins in the warm water for around 10
minutes.

Season the chicken meat with the basil, salt, and pepper and
leave for overnight.

Heat the sunflower oil in a deep skillet or wok and fry the
chicken chunks with the bacon for 20 minutes and then stew
it.

Spoon the zucchini, carrots, onions, and raisins and then mix
in the white flour.

Stew the meat and vegetables with the closed lid for 40
minutes and then serve warm with the red wine.
