Ingredients : Zucchini with Shrimps and Hazelnuts
2 zucchinis, peeled and spiralized
1 cup of hazelnuts
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
5 oz shrimps
8 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons Olive oil
salt and pepper
bunch of parsley, chopped
How to Prepare : Zucchini with Shrimps and Hazelnuts
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven for 10 minutes until lightly browned
and crispy. Then grind the hazelnuts using a food processor.
Heat the oil and fry the garlic and zucchinis for 10 minutes and then
set aside with the closed lid.
Season the shrimps with the salt and pepper and toss in the olive oil.
Then fry the shrimps in a skillet or wok for around 10 or 15 minutes.
Combine the shrimps with the vegetables and hazelnuts in a skillet or
wok and stew for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and spoon the mayonnaise and garnish with the
parsley on top to serve!
